Filing The Appeal Procedures

 An appeal can be filled in Appeal Court when a verdict is issued from the 1st Court. 1st Court verdict can be appealed if and only it is possible to file the appeal. Probation in UAE Labour Law

As per UAE Labour Law, Employers can place the employees on probation time period, but it is for the time period which should not be more than six months.
